The 2024 Community Litter pick took place on Sunday 24 March. This is part of the Great British Spring Clean organised by the Keep Britain Tidy Group. Last year around 150 volunteers took part in the Finchampstead Litter Pick – working in pairs or in groups of various sizes and involving people of all ages.
The larger groups started from the FBC Centre and from the Greyhound on Longwater Road, with other smaller groups and individuals taking part in various parts of the Parish too. We’ll be sharing more information on opportunities to get involved shortly.
If you are interested in taking part in the 2025 litter pick do let us know. You can join an existing group, or we can help you get your neighbours involved and create a new group for your road or street.
